About the School ACS Cobham enrols over 1,300 students from 3 year olds through High School each year. Academically, the School offers the standard American curriculum, including Advanced Placement (AP) courses, as well as the IB diploma, which is accepted by universities throughout the world. Cobham is the only ACS campus with boarding facilities. Boarding dormitory provides a home away from home for approximately 100 boarders. These are aged from 12 to 18 with the majority being age 14 and above. Situated just 23 miles from the City of London, the 128-acre Cobham campus offers outstanding facilities: purpose-built classrooms, adventure playgrounds, baseball and soccer fields, an Olympic-sized athletics track, tennis courts, and a six-hole golf course. The School is proud of its international community and the educational opportunities it provides. Students from abroad wishing to enter ACS Cobham should have good level of English.
Admissions Admissions will consider taking students with basic level in grade 7 (age 12-13), however, by grade 8 (age 13-14) they need to be intermediate. In high school (grade 9+), students need to be able to study in English with limited help. Upper Intermediate to Advanced level in grade 9 & 10. In grades 11 & 12, students need to be at an advanced or fluent level.
